Privacy Policy

DoulaSites builds websites for doulas. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It covers doulas who use DoulaSites, people who join our waitlist, and families who contact a doula through a DoulaSites website.
What we collect
From doulas: your name, email, password (stored only as a secure hash), the content and photos you add to your site, and billing details handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
From families: what you type into a doula's contact form, such as your name, email, phone, due date and message. This is stored encrypted and is visible only to that doula.
From our waitlist: your email, and if you choose to share them, your first name, the kind of doula you are and your state.
How we use it
To run your website, deliver inquiries, send account and billing emails, prevent spam and abuse, and improve the product. Waitlist details are used only to tell you when DoulaSites opens and to understand where doulas are interested. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies to keep you logged in. Published doula websites don't use tracking cookies. On doulasites.com we count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or identify individual visitors.
Your choices
You can download a copy of your data or delete your account at any time from Settings. Families can ask the doula they contacted, or us, to delete their message. To leave the waitlist, reply to any email from us or write to the address below and we'll delete your details.
